David began his career in the public records industry over 25 years ago as a title searcher in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recognizing an industry need for quality, specialized search and filing services, David founded Bay Area Court House Services in 1987, which later grew into Pacific Corporate & Title Services. He launched First Corporate Solutions in 2005 to provide nationwide UCC and corporate due diligence services to the lending and legal markets.
Guided by David's passion and vision, First Corporate Solutions continues to find innovative ways to improve upon our services and offer customized solutions, incorporating new technologies to increase value and improve efficiency for our customers.
David was previously on the Board of the National Public Records Research Association for several years.
Richard brings over twenty years' experience as a Controller\CFO within the service, construction and manufacturing industries. He also has an extensive background managing operations, sales and customer service.
As the finance executive, Rich provides credible counsel and information to the senior management team that ensures that the business is being run effectively. He also ensures that non-accounting managers and employees understand the financials of the business so they can contribute to the success of the organization.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
National Sales Manager
Chris Cerruti joined First Corporate Solutions in the early 1990s as a county searcher in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since then, Chris has been an integral part of the Company's growth, working on critical projects such as the integration of our Account Monitoring program into the CADENCE|Factorsoft interface. In his current role, he is responsible for strategic business development and remains one of our most valuable assets in face-to-face customer and prospect interactions.
Chris's background includes more than ten years of sales and operations experience in the field of public records research, and two years of sales experience for a manufacturer and importer of computer hardware. Additionally, he has taught high school English as a Second Language.
Born in San Francisco, Chris attended the University of Padua, Italy before receiving his BA in English from UC Berkeley in 1989. He is currently completing his Masters of Secondary Education at the University of Phoenix.
Human Resources Manager
Julie Fullmer brings over ten years of progressive Human Resources management experience to First Corporate Solutions. Her career spans a wide range of organizations, including small start-up tech companies, moderate sized staffing firms and large, multi-state and global corporations.
Julie's innovative employment solutions have earned her numerous awards including, most notably, the President's Award from Genex Technology, Inc. With a degree in Administration of Justice, Julie ensures the Company has the most up-to-date state and federal employment law information and she is committed to optimizing a positive and responsive business culture.
Julie is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
VP, Marketing and Creative Services
Samuel Hon oversees all of the company's marketing activities, including corporate branding, inbound marketing, design, communications, lead generation and event management. With his talents and leadership, Samuel transformed the company into a nationwide entity and has won several international marketing and design awards on behalf of the company since 2005.
Prior to joining the company, Samuel was the marketing manager at Pacific Corporate & Title Services and planned the launch of First Corporate Solutions. Samuel also founded the University of Wisconsin Career Development Association and has held various marketing, event planning, design, advertising and public relations positions in diverse sectors.
Samuel received his BS in Journalism - Strategic Communication, graduating with honors and distinction, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he was awarded the school's highest honor, Senior Achievement Award. He is a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional and holds Certificates in Technical Web Design as well as Search Marketing. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation - Sacramento.
Client Services Manager
Liz joined our organization as manager of the Corporate Escrow Search Department (Pacific Corporate & Title Services Division) in 1999, bringing over thirteen years of specialized real estate, mortgage and escrow experience. Under Liz's leadership, our Escrow Department grew to be the leading provider of search and filing services to the California business escrow community.
After nearly eleven years of exceptional performance in the Department Manager position, Liz transitioned into the role of Client Services Manager jointly for Pacific Corporate & Title Services and its sister company, First Corporate Solutions. As Client Services Manager, Liz oversees a staff of customer service Account Managers serving a varied customer base including escrow officers, attorneys, paralegals and lenders.
Liz is also a frequent industry speaker on corporate escrow search, filing and publishing best practices.
Title Department Manager
Since joining us in 1989 as a Bay Area county searcher, Daniel has been instrumental to our growth and expansion as an organization. He helped launch our Southern California fulfillment center, cultivating relationships with county workers and other service providers in the area and managing a large staff of title searchers, examiners and support staff.
Now, as the Title Services Manager, Daniel draws from his vast experience and unique understanding of county records and filing office practices to oversee a staff of service representatives and county searchers who complete commercial searches, chains of title and other specialized title projects.
Phyllis Voorhees joined First Corporate Solutions in 2012, fulfilling the role of Operations Manager. Phyllis brings over thirty years’ experience in risk management and due diligence solutions. Her vast and unique experience includes co-ownership in two successful public records research firms which were later acquired.
Phyllis is a creative problem solver who enjoys coaching support staff and management personnel to build efficient and effective teams that exceed customer expectations in terms of product quality and service.
Director of Information Technology
Dean establishes the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the Information Technology department at First Corporate Solutions and Pacific Corporate & Title Services. This includes oversight of the procurement, availability and quality of our public records data, web sites and support of staff & systems in our home office and branch locations.
Dean has been in the Information Technology industry for twenty-five years, leading IT, HW/SW engineering, and web development teams for major PC manufacturers, government integrators and dot-com businesses in Chicago, Washington DC, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento. His specialties include web development and IT architecture.
Dean received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
