David Silverburg

After working in the title insurance industry and interacting with a variety of public records, David founded a search company, Bay Area Court House Services, later to become Pacific Corporate & Title Services.

Finding opportunity in offering quality search and filing services, David started tailoring search and filing services to meet the needs of attorneys, commercial lenders and escrow companies. As First Corporate Solutions continues to find innovative ways to improve upon our services, David uses his hands-on experience to incorporate new technologies into increased value for our clients.

Dusty Nellis

Ms. Nellis joined our company in 2008, bringing 20+ years experience as Controller/VP Finance for several innovative small to medium sized companies. She has built her reputation on reorganizing for efficiency, producing quality and timely results, and developing people and tools to create a solid basis for future growth. As a hands-on manager she brings her detailed how-to knowledge to smoothly integrate a new project's accounting and financial needs into the existing structure.

With a strong background in human resources and customer service, her ability to develop critical relationships with members of the financial, insurance, and governmental communities has benefited the Company's overall ability move forward. Quick response times and fully meeting the needs of clients, service providers, and employees are a major priority for Dusty in establishing integrity and trust they can rely on.

Dusty earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from City University in Seattle, WA

Samuel Hon

Samuel Hon oversees all of the company's marketing activities, including research, design, branding, communications and event management. His principal responsibility at First Corporate Solutions is to build its national corporate identity. He also oversees marketing projects for Pacific Corporate & Title Services, the parent company of First Corporate Solutions. With his talents and leadership, he has won several international marketing and design awards on behalf of the company since 2005.

Samuel previously worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator in a higher education career services office in Wisconsin and founded the University of Wisconsin Career Development Association, which offered members marketing and event planning opportunities. He also has experience working as a public relations coordinator, promotion executive and advertising director.

Samuel received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism – Strategic Communication, with honors and distinction, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he was awarded the school's highest honor, Senior Achievement Award. He is a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional and holds Certificates in Technical Web Design as well as Search Marketing.

Kimberly Waldrep

Kimbery joined Pacific Corporate & Title Service in June 2004. Her background includes extensive Human Resources experience in a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, education and entertainment. Kimberly is able to bring her experience to PCTS to help develop and create a strong Human Resources environment.

Dean Zimmermann

Dean establishes the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the information technology department at First Corporate Solutions as well as its parent company, Pacific Corporate & Title Services. This includes oversight of the procurement and availability of our public records data, usability of our web sites, and internal IT needs of the organization. Dean's first priority is the quality of data available to FCS' clients, and he has established extensive QA processes and metrics since arriving at FCS over three years ago.

Dean has been in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years, leading IT and web development for major PC manufacturers, government integrators and dot-com businesses in Chicago, Washington DC, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento.

During his career, he managed Zenith Data Systems' engineering group developing systems integration solutions for over $1.5B in government contracts, directed NEC's Internet Development team, and Tower Records' Web Development team. Dean's specialities include web development and IT architecture, and he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Cerruti

Chris Cerruti joined First Corporate Solutions in the early 1990s as a county searcher in the Bay Area. His current role has him representing the company's interests in Escrow, the Pacific Report, and in the Attorney/Lender division.

Chris's background includes more than 10 years of sales/operations experience in the public records industry, and two years of sales experience laboring for a manufacturer and importer of computer hardware. He has taught high school English as a Second Language.

Born in San Francisco, he attended the University of Padua, Italy before receiving his BA in English from UC Berkeley in 1989, and is currently completing his Masters of Secondary Education at the University of Phoenix.

Jean Journeay

Jean Journeay develops and manages the Title division. Her main focus is development of staff, growth and expansion within the department.

With a background in management, government contracts and public records, Jean has taken the Title Department to a nationwide level. She has expanded on services offered and streamlined procedures without compromising quality. She has developed and integrated a training program that has increased the knowledge and value of the Title staff.

The clients for whom Jean has worked include the Small Business Administration (as a qualified title provider), The Metec Group, Progressive, LSI a Fidelity National Financial Company, Internal Revenue Service and Comerica Bank.
